Lemons for being healthy?

Tom Daley, the cute British diver, recommends to add half a lemon's worth of juice to some lukewarm water in the mornings, just after getting up and  before eating, to feel some amazing health benefits on:
  • Immune system
  • Cleansing
  • Healthy skin
  • Weight loss
  • Energy boost
